HOW WE RESOLVE SERVICE-RELATED CONFLICTS
DISPUTE RESOLUTION & VENUE
By using our services, you agree that any disputes related to these services will be resolved exclusively in New York County, New York. You also agree to waive any objections to this venue choice.
NO CLASS ACTIONS
You agree to pursue any claims connected with our services solely as an individual and not as part of any class action. You will not join any third-party claims with your own.
NO JURY TRIAL; BINDING ARBITRATION
You waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration. Either party may choose to initiate binding individual arbitration through JAMS, Inc. ("JAMS"). Should JAMS be unavailable, you or we may seek arbitration through an alternative national arbitration provider.
STANDARD OF CARE
Sky Shop for Hope provides services "as-is." Unless we engage in gross negligence or willful misconduct, we shall not be held liable for damages arising from the use of these services.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that we are held liable to you, your recovery will be limited to actual economic losses. You agree not to seek consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits.
WE’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including interruptions in service due to network issues, ISP problems, or damages caused by viruses, malware, or other harmful material. This includes damage from websites or links associated with Sky Shop for Hope.

DELIVERY
When will I get my order?
Typically, orders are fulfilled within 3–7 days. Shipping times depend on location:
- **USA:** 3–4 business days
- **Europe:** 6–8 business days
- **Australia:** 2–14 business days
- **Japan:** 4–8 business days
- **International:** 10–20 business days
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. For U.S. addresses, verify ZIP codes through the USPS ZIP code lookup tool.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a global Print on Demand fulfillment company with facilities nationwide.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may incur customs fees, which are beyond our control and assessed by local customs offices. Please check with your customs office to learn more.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Confirm the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email.
- Check with your local post office.
- Ask neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
If the address is correct and the package isn’t at the post office or with a neighbor, email us at support@skyshopforhope.com with your order number.
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, we can send a replacement, but shipping costs will be at your expense.

How are your products made?
Sky Shop for Hope works with several Print on Demand suppliers with facilities worldwide. Your items are printed and shipped from the location that can fulfill the order most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships. For tracking questions, contact support@skyshopforhope.com.
I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please email support@skyshopforhope.com within a week, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any details. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is incorrect or damaged. If this applies, contact us at support@skyshopforhope.com with photos and your order details.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided for incorrect or damaged items. If applicable, email us at support@skyshopforhope.com with photos of the item and we’ll assist.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Exchanges are not available. Please check sizing charts for accuracy before ordering. If an item is mislabeled, contact us within a week with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it.

RETURN POLICY
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For items lost in transit, submit claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If an error is on our end, we’ll cover the expense.
Wrong Address
If an address provided is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to us, and you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require reshipment at your expense. If unclaimed, items will be donated without refund.
Returns
Please contact us before returning any products. Refunds for buyer’s remorse are not offered, and returns for sizing are at your expense. For returns in Brazil, you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item.
Notification for EU Consumers
According to the Directive 2011/83/EU, customized or unsealed items may not qualify for returns. Sky Shop for Hope reserves the right to refuse returns under these guidelines.
