Processing and Shipping Times

All orders placed through Sky Shop for Hope are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days. After your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary based on customs, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and appreciate your understanding.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your shipment’s status. If you have questions about tracking, please contact us at support@skyshopforhope.com.


Shipping Locations

Sky Shop for Hope partners with global Print on Demand fulfillment providers with facilities nationwide. Orders are printed and shipped from the location that can fulfill them most efficiently, based on your delivery address.


Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, customs and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not controlled by Sky Shop for Hope and are assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your customs office to understand any potential additional costs.


Address Changes

Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@skyshopforhope.com. Changes to the shipping address may not be possible if your order has already been processed.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  2. Contact your local post office with your tracking information to check the package status.
  3. Ask nearby neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.

If the shipping address is correct and you still haven’t received your order, reach out to us at support@skyshopforhope.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in locating or replacing the item.


Incorrect or Unclaimed Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, we may attempt to contact you for an updated address. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any unclaimed packages that are returned may be donated without a refund.
